1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website www.kinarainteriors.com or engaging the services of Kinara Interiors (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before initiating any transactions or entering into service agreements.
2. Services Offered
Kinara Interiors provides full-service interior design solutions, including but not limited to:

Consultation and Design Conceptualization

Spatial Planning and Technical Drawings

Material and Finish Selections

Custom Furniture and Decor Procurement

Project Management and Execution
All services are governed by individually tailored agreements outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
3. Engagement and Deliverables

All project commitments will be documented via formal proposals or service agreements.

Modifications to scope, timeline, or deliverables post-agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All project fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The project payment is divided into four structured milestones to ensure clarity and smooth progression:

Booking Deposit:
10% of the total project fee is payable upon project confirmation to secure your timeline. This deposit becomes fully non-refundable once the design phase commences.

Design Phase Completion:
50% of the total project fee is due upon completion and approval of all design work, including layouts, material selections, and final drawings, prior to procurement.

Pre-Execution Stage:
35% of the total project fee is payable before site execution and material procurement begin.

Final Payment at Handover:
The remaining 5% is due just prior to styling, walkthrough, and final project handover.

Invoices will be issued five (5) days prior to each milestone payment.

Delays in payments may directly affect project timelines, material ordering, and final delivery.

Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfers, UPI, and Razorpay, as specified on your invoice.

Prices are subject to change if there are alterations to the scope of work after design approval. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
5. Intellectual Property and Ownership
5.1 Copyrights & Design Ownership
All creative outputs including moodboards, layouts, 3D renders, presentations, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Kinara Interiors unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Upon full and final payment, clients are granted exclusive usage rights for the finalized deliverables, specific to their commissioned project.
Kinara Interiors retains the right to showcase the work as part of its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
5.2 Photography & Marketing Rights

Kinara Interiors reserves the right to photograph and document completed projects for portfolio, editorial, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Client confidentiality will be respected; personal details and budgets will not be disclosed.

Clients may request specific exclusions regarding areas or items from public showcases, discussed prior to project documentation.
6. Quality Assurance

Kinara adheres to stringent quality standards across design, manufacturing, and execution.

Minor dimensional variances (up to ±5mm) and natural material variations are industry-standard.

Warranty:

5-year warranty on modular furniture and cabinetry against manufacturing defects.

Third-party products (appliances, fittings, hardware) are subject to manufacturer warranties.

Post-handover quality concerns must be raised within 30 days to be eligible for complimentary resolution.
7. Shipping and Delivery Policy
7.1 Delivery Scope
Kinara coordinates delivery of furniture, décor, and modular elements as part of contracted services.
7.2 Delivery Timelines

Timelines will be estimated at the time of quotation confirmation.

Delays due to vendor logistics, strikes, or force majeure events will be communicated proactively.
7.3 Delivery Charges

All delivery and logistics fees will be itemized within client agreements.

Unexpected surcharges, if any, will be communicated transparently.
7.4 Damage or Defects

In case of damage during transit, Kinara will assist in liaising with vendors for resolution as per manufacturer policies.

Replacement is subject to supplier terms.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Inactivity
8.1 Cancellation by Client

Before Design Phase: Partial refunds may be offered after administrative fee deductions.

After Design Commencement: Booking and design payments are non-refundable.

During Execution: No refunds once materials have been procured or production initiated.
8.2 Cancellation by Kinara
-
Kinara may cancel projects under exceptional circumstances (e.g., breach of terms).

Refunds, if applicable, will be considered case-by-case.
8.3 Project Delays & Inactivity

Projects delayed by the client for over 30 consecutive days without written notice may be considered abandoned.

Reactivation will require re-evaluation of costs and timelines.
9. Additional Services and Scope Changes

Any services outside the originally agreed scope (e.g., new rooms, design revisions post-approval) will be quoted separately.

Changes may impact delivery schedules and project cost.
10. Vendor Engagement Policy

Kinara Interiors is accountable only for work executed by Kinara-appointed vendors.
-
Clients engaging independent third-party contractors during execution do so at their own risk.
-
Kinara will not be responsible for quality issues, delays, or warranty voids caused by external vendors.
11. Limitation of Liability
Kinara Interiors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of delays, third-party dependencies, or factors beyond reasonable control.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
13. Referral Rewards

To thank our clients who refer us to new families and dreamers, we offer a thoughtfully designed Referral Rewards Program:

Referrer Reward:
Existing Kinara clients who successfully refer a new full-service project client will receive a ₹25,000 cash reward, processed after the referred client reaches their 35% milestone payment.

Referred Client Reward:
New clients who are referred by an existing Kinara client will enjoy a ₹10,000 discount on their final project invoice.

Eligibility:
The referred project must qualify as a full-service project with a minimum billing of ₹5,00,000 or above.

Processing:
Referral rewards are processed within 30 days post the referred project’s handover and settlement of all dues.

Validity:
Referral claims must be made within six (6) months of the referred client’s project initiation.
-
Other Terms:
Referral rewards are non-transferable and applicable only once per successful referral.
